Timesaver workout!
(perform each exercise 20/30 reps, 2/3 times and repeat)

1. 3ct deadlifts 2x squat
2. 3x Bent rows/alt side lunges
3. 3x lat raises/alt lunge curls
4. 3x swing thru/Squat press
5. 3x hammer curls/rev lunge lat raise
6. 3ct push-up/alt leg lifts
7. 3x Skull crusher/kick out rev crunch
8. 3x Flys/2x glute raises
